#Maricosa Strait Quay Few months ago, I had figured out few restaurant new opening in town . Maricosa in Strait Quay is a Pacific Rim & Hawaiian Cuisine restaurant. It had replaced the old Irish pub. I paid my first visited there w/ my lovely food partner : Von Chin for our late lunch. I ordered the delicious Loco Burger ; and Von had macaroon as desserts. For the 2 nd times visited, I had Seafood pasta. And it’s quite disappointed w/ the ingredients. Taste of spaghetti is too light and tasteless. I still prefer to order carbonara or burger.
